Reviews and Ratings

We are currently developing a review and ratings system that should be live in the next couple of weeks. This will allow you to leave feedback about specific factoring companies on their company profile.

This is a great new feature, but we would like to head off a few questions that will inevitably pop up. Below are some of the rules and parameters around the ratings and review system:

• Now vulgar language in reviews. Any review that contains inappropriate language will be immediately deleted.
• Factoring companies cannot review themselves or their competitors. The ratings and reviews are for customers or other individuals that have real experience with the company in question. If we suspect a review is given by a factoring company it will be immediately deleted, and may result in the removal of that companies profile on the website.
• Any negative reviews must be accurate and factual. If your company has received a review that is inaccurate you can contact us by clicking here.

We hope everyone will be respectful of the review and ratings system. If things don't get out of hand this functionality can provide a lot of value to prospective factoring customers.
